کتاب تنصیف دارایی نوشتۀ عماد نمرودی و امیرحسین نوتاش در انتشارات معید مهر به چاپ رسیده است.
عبارت تنصیف دارایی دلالت بر «نصف کردن» دارایی دارد. یکی از حقوق مالی ناشی از عقد نکاح که قانون‌گذار در راستای حمایت از زوجه پس از وقوع طلاق در نظر گرفته است، تنصیف دارایی زوج در زمان طلاق است که از حقوق مالی زوجه محسوب می‌شود، لذا در نظام حقوقی ایران مسئلۀ مهمی است. تنصیف دارایی در مواردی جریان دارد که زوج بدون تخلف و سوء رفتار از جانب زوجه، درخواست طلاق کند و در این صورت تا نیم دارایی به‌دست‌آمده در طول زندگی مشترک را موظف است به زوجه بپردازد. طبق شرط تنصیف دارایی، آنچه زوجه دریافت می‌کند، یک حق مالی برای وی است. در متن شرط تنصیف آمده که زوج نصف دارایی موجود خود را که در ایام زناشویی با زوجه به دست آورده یا معادل آن را، طبق نظر دادگاه بلاعوض به زوجه منتقل نماید. صرف نظر از اختلاف نظرهایی که در خصوص ماهیت حقوقی و اعتبار شرط مذکور وجود دارد، در حال حاضر در رویۀ عملی دادگاه‌های خانواده، شرط مذکور به‌عنوان شرط فعل، معتبر دانسته شده و به لزوم اجرای آن حکم می‌شود.
فصل اول کتاب به تایخچۀ حقوقی تنصیف دارایی اختصاص دارد. فصل دوم، نمونه‌هایی از دادخواست دعاوی تنصیف دارایی را به‌منظور آشنایی خواننده آورده، دادگاه‌های صالح رسیدگی را معرفی کرده، مراحل رسیدگی را تشریح و نحوۀ اجرای رأی را توضیح داده است. فصل سوم، نمونه‌ای از رأی در دعاوی تنصیف دارایی را به‌منظور آشنایی خواننده با رویه‌های صدر رأی آورده و در انتهای کتاب نیز در یک پیوست، پرسش و پاسخ‌هایی آمده که به رفع برخی ابهام‌ها کمک می‌کنند.
